An added finishing touch on your artisan cheese board, Simon Pearce's Woodbury Copper Cheese Knife set is a trio of hand-forged stainless steel knives.  The fork-tipped spear slices and serves medium-firm cheeses like cheddar and gouda; the rounded soft cheese knife spreads bries and other creamy varieties on crackers and bread; and the flat cheese knife is used for cutting crumbly bleu and chipping at extra-firm parmesan and other aged cheeses.
