Shipping and Returns
Darilynn's ships via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground-rate shipping for the majority of our items. A gift certificate is shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). If just jewelry items are ordered, we will use the USPS as it is more cost effective to our customers.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the details.
A few notes:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. The address on the order for shipping must be a physical street address.
- We do not ship internationally.
- Our shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the zip code of the delivery address.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed within 3 business days.
- Saturday UPS delivery is not available at this time.
- Orders normally ship within 3 business days as long as the item is in stock.
- If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email with an estimated in stock date.
- You will be notified via email when a backordered item ships.
- When backordered items are shipped, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
- Orders cannot be changed once submitted. If you would like to add or change your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
For our local customers, we do offer in store pick up at 64 South Main Street, Cohasset, MA for your convenience. Please allow us 48 hours to get your order ready.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Darilynn's.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 781-383-1002 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please save the shipping box and all packing materials as UPS or the USPS may require an inspection to process a claim.
- If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com for detailed instructions. All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges on merchandise being returned or exchanged to Darilynn's. Products must be in original condition and not used or worn. Fragile items must be well packed and insured. We do not take responsibility for items that arrive back to us damaged.
- Please allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed.
- We will issue a store credit for items purchased with a gift certificate or for a gift that you received that is accompanied by a gift receipt.
- Online purchases can be returned to the shop in person accompanied by a sales or gift receipt only.
- Items without a sales or gift receipt cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
