What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Shopify Payments, Paypal
Darilynn’s reserves the right to cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Will I be charged sales tax?
For all orders shipped to a Massachusetts address, we charge 6.25% sales tax on items outlined in the Massachusetts tax law.
Will my credit card information be secure?
We use Paypal to process your payment. As you will communicate directly with their site, we will not view or have access to your credit card information. You can review Paypal’s site for further security information.
Can I order over the phone?
We are happy to assist you over the phone. However, to provide you with a secure sales experience, we will not take your credit card information over the phone. We will deliver an invoice to your email that you can then pay via Paypal to release your order.
Can I pick up my purchase at your shop?
You may order on line and pick your purchase up at the shop. Please allow 48 hours for us to get your order ready.
Can I purchase a gift certificate online?
Yes, you may purchase a gift certificate on line. These will be mailed to the recipient you name with free shipping. Gift certificates may be redeemed in the shop only.
How will my order be shipped?
We use UPS ground for shipping. For gift certificates and jewelry when ordered alone, we will ship via the USPS. Please refer to Shipping Information page for more details.
Do you ship to post office boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical street address.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email letting you know that your order is on its way.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Will I pay extra shipping when my back order ships?
No, we will charge for shipping when you initially place your order. There is no additional charge to ship a back ordered item.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Darilynn’s wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to Shipping and Returns at the bottom of the page.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, you will need a RA, RETURN AUTHORIZATION. The steps for returning and exchanging are outlined under Shipping and Returns at the bottom of the page.
Can monogrammed or personalized gifts be returned?
Items that are monogrammed or personalized may not be returned. Please be very careful when ordering custom items that all information submitted is accurate.
Can gift cards be returned or exchanged?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Do you gift-wrap?
Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary gift-wrapping on most of our products. We offer signature gift-wrapping based on the occasion or recipient.
We will indicate in the product description if an item is too large or bulky to be gift-wrapped.
Do you have a bridal registry?
Yes, we do offer a bridal registry. You can create a registry under Gift Registry from on our line collections. We can also include items found exclusively in our shop to your registry. This is an easy way for your friends and family to select something special for your celebration. Contact us at info@darilynns.com for more information.

Darilynn’s respects your privacy and will use the information you provide to us responsibly. We do not sell or rent your information.
